At Glowvera, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in the original packaging
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, including skincare or beauty products.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your order has been lost during transit, please contact us and provide your order number and supporting photos if applicable. Our team will investigate and provide a suitable solution.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
